Born on 9th October 1960 in Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra. He started taking home tuitions by visiting each household when he was in college. Then an idea germinated in his mind that from money earned by way of tuitions he could open his own tuition classes. Thus Kirti tuition`s was born. He earned extra money by way of insurance. He took his first Insurance Agency in 1977 in Kalyan, Thane. But as commuting from Kalyan to Bhiwandi was tedious so he took his agency in Bhiwandi.

Armed with determination he became the Number one agent of Thane Division in 1991, 1992 and 1993. During that time he achieved MDRT for 4-5 years and he maintained till date. 2 times Corporate Club Member - Egypt & Mauritius. In the year 2002 he aimed to be the number one agent by accumulating business worth Rs.11 Crores. Upto the month of January he had done the business worth Rs.4-5 crores and in two months he had to achieve 5-6 crores. He toiled hard to complete the target and did the business of worth Rs.11 crores and thus he stood No. 1 and became the first agent in Thane division to be honoured with “Court of the Table (USA)” in Thane Division,- the world’s second best title for an Insurance Agent. His next goal is to be the Top of the Table in the next two years.

He set up his own Corporate office worth lakhs of rupees in Bhiwandi in May 1984. He reaches the office at 8:15 A.M. The office remains open 365 days in a year from 8:00a.m to 8:00p.m. He has a team of full dedicated and educated professional of 15 staff. On every Saturday there is a meeting with this staff to discuss the problems of the clients and how to provide better service to the clients. He sends gifts and greeting to the clients on birthdays, marriage anniversaries etc. to keep a warm relation with them.

He sends complimentary gifts to the clients like calendar, key-chains, bags, wall-clocks every year to maintain a good relation with the clients. A dedicated believer in the philosophy of CRM he creates a win- win situations by sending reminder`s by mail, phone calls and gifts annually and on special occassions. The staff also visit client`s personally thus providing after sales service .Reminders letters and phone calls are made regularly from his offices to the clients reminding them about the premium due, loan interests etc. and the even the staff visit the clients personally to collect the amount due and send the receipts also.
